Crafting up a storm….Yeah, I know that’s cheesy, but whatever. For those of you who wanted to see the projects, well, here you go. If you didn’t, then why are you even looking?

The first project are my European inspired rings….literally. They are 10 and 5 cent [centimos] Spanish euro coins. My friend Thao inspired me with her ring project so I decided to try it out myself. It totally worked! All you need are plain rings from Michaels, glue that holds wood/plastic/metal, and the coins themselves. Not sure I can bring them to Europe with me next time…not sure if it’s legal to tamper with their money. Still fun nonetheless.

The second are the wonderful newspaper nails! Yes, those are my nails. I could finally do this project since I’m done with work for the season (Disney is picky on the nail polish we wear, and everything for that matter). It is literally so easy: paint your nails and let them dry, dip your fingernail in rubbing alcohol for 10 seconds, and then take a swatch of newspaper and press it onto the nail for a few seconds with a lot of pressure. Then you just peel it off slowly and the ink transfers! Easy.

Do you have any other great craft project ideas?
